An Operator-Principal Platform

Peregrine is a single-family office and operator-principal platform. It founds businesses, buys businesses, and backs them as a minority partner across healthcare and financial services, always with its own capital at risk. In each, it leads from the board.

Peregrine works with founders and owners considering a sale, management teams at a strategic inflection, and institutional partners building new platforms.

Concentrated

Selective by design. A small number of positions, each with real attention.

Principal

Proprietary capital at risk in every deal, with upside earned through ownership and outcomes.

Board-Level

Seats held, not hours billed.

A Funded Acquirer

Peregrine acquires and invests directly in profitable companies, with a focus on healthcare and healthcare services. Targets are established U.S. businesses with durable cash flow, recurring revenue, and clear continuity of operations. Capital is committed and principal, so Peregrine moves quickly and closes with certainty. It pursues control buyouts, and structured or minority positions where the right operating partner is already in place, with an orientation toward long-term ownership.

Sectors

Healthcare and healthcare services, plus financial services and specialty finance. Founder- and family-owned businesses at the point of transition, with select opportunities in other sectors.

Investment Size

Lower-middle-market companies. Equity sized to the opportunity, single business or platform.

Structures

Control buyouts, recapitalizations, structured equity, and selective co-investment.

Capital

Single-family office capital. Committed and principal, with no fund to raise, no investment period, and no financing contingency.

The Network

Relationships across institutional capital, operating companies, and the specialist talent that closes deals and scales platforms, built one transaction at a time.

Capital

Private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, family offices, and institutional LPs. Relationships at the MD and principal level.

Operators

C-suite executives and directors across healthcare and adjacent sectors. The talent Peregrine recruits into portfolio companies and the boards it builds alongside them.

Advisors

Investment bankers, specialized counsel, and execution partners, pre-vetted and deployable per mandate. The bench that runs processes, structures transactions, and closes.
