Ross Eldridge brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare private equity and credit. Throughout his career, he has originated, structured, and executed over $35 billion in deal proceeds, investing across the capital structure in all subsectors of healthcare.
Most recently, Mr. Eldridge was a Partner at a healthcare-focused private investment fund, where he played a key role in scaling assets under management from startup to over $3 billion. As a voting member of the Investment Committee, he was instrumental in driving investment strategy and portfolio growth.
Before his tenure at the fund, he led healthcare sponsor coverage at Citizens Financial Group and served in the healthcare leveraged finance group at GE Capital’s Healthcare Financial Services—the #1 middle-market firm in league tables. He began his career in healthcare in the leveraged finance group at Banc of America Securities—the #1 large-market healthcare firm in league tables.
Mr. Eldridge holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia, a B.A. in Economics from Furman University, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He has also served on various corporate and advisory boards throughout his career.
